Joyce made it happen. Penny and Joyce came for the weekend. Penny found out about Frenchies restaurant on the flight from Phoenix and that's where we had lunch on Friday - it was great!!!!!

From the airport to the Yacht Club to board Spirit Dancer. Igor was a hit. Thanks Joyce.

Later that evening we went to the new member mixer in the lounge, met a lot of people. Joyce and Tom - both got the jacket memo. Ask Joyce.

The north wind blew the water out of the bay and left us on the hard for part of the evening.

Back to the saloon on the boat for more catching up stories. Early to bed and late to rise but up in time for breakfast at the club before lighting off the generator and mains.

Kem demonstrated the graceful art of putting on a life jacket and pointed out their location.

Southerly winds and an incoming tide brought more than enough water back into the bay for us to get underway.

Saturday, March 8th - Underway on Galveston Bay

Back in and up to The Woodlands we go. Joyce and Penny get checked into the hotel and we rendezvous for dinner at the Goose.

Sunday comes early and we're off to the Glass Menagerie for brunch
