Dickens on the Strand has welcomed representatives from five generations of the Dickens’ family, including two of Dickens’ great grandsons.
For the last several years, great-great grandson Mark Charles Dickens has made the trip to Galveston.
It must be 10 years since we last attended, so this year we decided to take Spirit Dancer to the Harbor House Pier 21 docks behind Willie G's in downtown Galveston - one block from the festivities.
