Associations and email support groups
- Marine Trawlers Owners Association Formerly Marine "Trader" Owners Association. The name changed to represent the fact that a significant number of members have (or want) trawlers other than the Marine Trader. Port captains to greet and help you, great quarterly newsletter, email help, and five annual rendezvous. Must Join organization! Use my #1896 as reference.
- America's Great Loop Cruisers' Association - AGLCA Loopers for those on or interested in circumnavigating the Eastern United States. Must join organization!
- DF Cruisers Owners Association For those DeFever owners who want to interact with other DeFever owners. Great quarterly newsletter. Must join for DeFever owners.
- Trawlers and Trawlering - Great support group for trawler owners. Also have a great loop list. For those of you who go back a few years you'll remember when Georgs Kolesnikovs hosted the Trawler Fests.
- Trawlers and Trawlering - Great Loop list - For those on the loop.
